I went and picked up my delayed reserve copy of LBP yesterday. That game is great and I must suggest it for anyone with a PS3.

I'm locked on picking up Bioshock, Gears 2, and Fable 2 before Christmas. I'll have to look into Farcry 2, Fallout 3, CoD 5, and Prince of Persia.

Can't wait for PS Home and NXE as well. Home will make PS's online have a standard instead of developers integrating their own. Although the only online PS games I'm playing atm are LBP and WarHawk, and they both have very solid online integration. Home will be out long enough to have patches and fixes before Killzone 2's release and I'm ridiculously convinced KZ is going to become the new FPS standard. NXE will have harddrive installs. Great news. We all hate listening to the 360 drive spinning.

I have killzone and really liked it at the time.
The trailers for killzone 2 look incredible.
Once it comes out, my grades are going to hell.

Really just a combination of a lot of little things that piss me off...

actually....i dont like fallout either. it is just boring.....i got bored of oblivion after awhile, got bored of GTA 4, and after borrowing fallout from a friend, got bored of it too. These huge games - for me - usually just arent fun, and i cant quite figure out why

I never played Oblivion. A friend of mine set in his dorm room all year when it came out. I watched it a couple time but I thought it was fuckin' stupid. (Not as stupid as Guitar Hero.)

I don't think Fallout 3 looks fun at all and it's graphics are borderline insult to this gen of console power.

Yet, IGN gave it a graphics rating of 9...

Well.....not to be too generic as i dont support it in most cases, but...graphics arent everything in a game.

I agree that graphics should be good and i havent seen fallout 3 in person to really judge them, but a game that is as large as i think it is most likely could not fit everything onto a disk if the graphics were as good as you want them to be, or as good as other games that are out.

Oblivion only had good graphics at the time because everything else was pretty much initial 360 graphics. 360 is most likely 100% by now ?

for the size of the game i think the graphics are pretty damn good, what it is , is people expect way to much. i personally would rather the gameplay be better then the graphics, then a game with good graphics and shitty gameplay.
